The
curriculum has been developed by integrating various subject elements
horizontally and vertically. It has the flexibility to be responsive to
progressive trends in HR management. The objective of this curriculum
is the multi-facet development of students.
In
the first semester the students are exposed to the fundamental principles
and theories of HR management, thus enabling them to understand the HR
management process. The second semester familiarizes the students with
various aspects of Personnel Management. At the end of the second semester
the students undergo a extensive two months summer training with a view
to gain practical experience.
The
third and fourth semester lay emphasis on the real challenges they have
to face in the field of Personnel Management as the curriculum comprises
of subjects for interactive learning there by assisting the students to
broaden their perspectives.
By
the end of curriculum the students are fully equipped with requisite skills
and knowledge to face the challenges in the corporate world.
