Achievements
	•	The Gokhale Education Society’s pioneering role in the fi eld of management education was highlighted at the 7th International Conference held in the Netherlands on 26th July 2002.
	•	Dr. M. S. Gosavi, our Founder Director, is the recipient of “Vidyarthi Gold Medal”. Instituted by SAARC, for his contribution towards Management Ethos in India.
	•	All India Center for Capital Market Studies was set up in technical collaboration with the Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai, in 1991.
	•	The Institute conducts a number of training programs for industries in and around Nashik, in areas like Human Resource Development, Materials Management, and Financial Management etc.
	•	Dr. M. S. Gosavi has been appointed by the United Nations as the Chairperson of The Indian Academy of Human Rights Education.
	•	The Institute is ISO 9001-2000 certified.

Infrastructure

     •  Library

Set in premises of 4000 sq. feet, the library boasts of 23000 books, 92 periodicals, 14 dailies, 53 management videos and 948 CD-ROMs covering a whole spectrum of management topics. With a constant stream of information trickling in through periodicals, journals, a data bank set up by the student of the Institute , annual reports of various companies etc. all go a long way in ensuring that as far as management awareness is concerned , not a drop has been spread.

     •  G.D.Room

Group Discussions are an effective way of learning and brain storming by improving on one’s group skills and soft skills. The group discussion room is well-equipped to provide an apt environment for students to conduct group discussions on current and essential topics. Two interview rooms have been provided to the students and recruiters to facilitate the recruitment procedure.

     •  The Computer Center

With the advent of the e-Business era, it is simply not feasible to visualize an effective manager without the knowledge of operating and exploiting the functionality of Information Technology. With the vision in mind our institute has made available to the students a computer lab with 60 terminals which are on a dedicated Local Area Network (LAN). All of these operate on a Windows XP Platform, stimulating the look and feel of the information resources available in corporate India. Other platforms like DOS, UNIX and LINUX have also been made available to the students to gear them up for all information environments. Softwares like MS Office Suit, Oracle 8, Tally9.0, C, C++, Java and Developer 2000 are used extensively to complete the training experience.

     •  Seminar Hall

As seminars are essential embodiments of the MBA curriculum, the institute has taken adequate steps to meet the requirements by housing two impressive Seminar Hall, each having a capacity of 250 delegates. The halls are well equipped with modern audio visuals aids.

     •  Internet Facility

J.D.C. Bytco is one of the first institutions in Nashik, to have a Broadband Connection. This not only enables the students to have internet access to the latest in management concepts, but also to case studies of reputed universities like Harvard and Stanford.

     •  Assembly Hall

The institute has a spacious and well-equipped Assembly Hall, which provides the students a good opportunity to interact with the eminent guests from the corporate world. The Assembly Hall has a capacity to accommodate 250 delegates with efficient access to modern audiovisual facilities.

     •  Recruitment Block s

To cater to the need of the esteemed recruiters, the institute has paid special attention to develop a recruitment block. The recruitment block has a G.D.Room and two interview rooms, which provide the ambience of modern conferencing, ensuring that the campus Placements activity is conducted efficiently.

     •   Hostel

As the students at the JDC Bytco IMSR come from diverse areas, the institute provides hostel facility for both girls and boys. The hostels provide a homely atmosphere and conductive environment for studies.

     •  Support Staff

The Support staff provides backup for all the activities at the Institute.
